CSM is a Legal Immigration Firm oriented to advise the Client in an integrated way, regarding international and local regulatory framework, which are usually generated in the Companies´ dynamics before the hiring of foreign personnel in a temporary or permanent way. We place special emphasis on the Legal, Immigration and Social Security Compliance of every worker or foreign manager, in order to ensure correct registration according to local regulations, and protect the company against any Inspections of the Ministry of Labor or Immigration Directorate, labor claims of transferred employees or contingencies that may be suffered by the foreign worker. We also have a Team of Advisors specialized in International Social Security Agreements, with the objective of applying to exemptions from payments. As well as a Team of Consultants specialized in Relocation for Families of expatriates, who provide support in housing search, schools and settling in, in Argentina, as well as Chile and Uruguay.

CSM started operations in 2007, and became Argentina´s pioneer in Immigration Services Business, assuring its expertise and knowledge, having trade references from major multinational companies that trust CSM with their expatriation processes.


Our Services cover the whole Argentina area, with headquarters in Buenos Aires, direct representatives in all provinces and operative branches in Chile, and Uruguay; extending its coverage worldwide for Corporate Clients.

CSM Argentina, Chile and Uruguay, is owned by two Partners. The CEO (Partner Manager) and CFO. Followed by them, the HR Department, the Financial Dept, the Administration Dept, the Business Development & Client Support area, the Quality area, the Immigration area, the Taxation & Social Security area, the Destination Services area. The Immigration area is the largest, formed by Imm lawyers: Supervisors, Case Managers and Field Operatives. This last 3 areas are present in all three countries, and the rest is present in our headquarters in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
